Saginaw, MI (February 6, 2024) – The Saginaw Police Department and area firefighters were requested at the scene of a car crash that sent at least one person to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries. The accident was reported to officials at approximately 905 p.m. on February 4.
According to authorities, a Pontiac and an Impala collided in the 1900 block of Avon Street. Immediately after the crash, the Impala fled the scene. Emergency medical services responded to the crash site to care for the injured victims and to transport those in need of further care to area hospitals. The police department is currently investigating the incident.
