Pittsfield Twp., MI – Pedestrian Hurt in Crash on Washtenaw Ave

Pittsfield Twp., MI (February 6, 2024) – Emergency officials out of Washtenaw County confirmed that one person was hospitalized following a major motor vehicle accident that occurred on Saturday, February 3. The Pittsfield Township Police Department was notified of the collision at approximately 8:40 p.m.

According to law enforcement reports, a 20-year-old was traveling west on Washtenaw Avenue when they struck a pedestrian in the area near Foster Avenue. The pedestrian was injured as a result of the crash. The victim, identified as a 26-year-old from Ann Arbor, was rushed to an area hospital for emergency care. At this time, the crash is under investigation.
