Burton City, MI – E Bristol Rd Crash near S Dort Hwy

Burton City, MI (February 3, 2024) – At around 1:10 p.m. on February 2, emergency officials were summoned to provide assistance at the scene of an automobile accident that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries.

Area law enforcement confirmed that an automobile accident occurred on East Bristol Road near South Dort Highway. The incident prompted authorities to close the roadway temporarily as they worked on removing the involved vehicles. Medical personnel responded to provide care to those hurt. Victims in need of further care were transported to area hospitals. Investigations into the crash are ongoing.
