Muskegon, MI (January 21, 2024) – On January 21, the Michigan State police, local firefighters, and emergency medical services personnel were all notified that they were needed at the scene of a car crash that took place in Muskegon County. Authorities were summoned to the crash site at approximately 7:40 a.m.
Reports provided by Michigan State Police show that a collision occurred on the northbound side of US Highway 31, blocking the right lane of travel near Sherman Boulevard. The police and firefighters spent an extended period at the scene, working to clear the involved vehicles from the roadway. Medics were called to attend to injured victims and transport them to local hospitals. Currently, the crash is under investigation.
