Manchester Twp., MI (January 16, 2024) – The Michigan Department of Transportation reported an automobile accident that took place in Manchester Township that ended in injuries. The accident occurred at around 9:35 a.m. on January 14.

According to area law enforcement, an automobile accident blocked the eastbound and westbound sides of US Highway 12, Michigan Avenue. The incident caused delays in the area of Monaghan Highway as emergency crews closed off the roadway while assisting. An unknown number of people sustained injuries in the accident and had to be transported by ambulance to area hospitals for medical care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
