Bangor Charter Twp., MI – School Bus Crash on E Midland Rd at 2 Mile Rd

Bangor Charter Twp., MI (January 12, 2024) – At around 7:25 a.m. on January 11, emergency crews were requested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries.

According to area law enforcement, a motor vehicle accident took place on East Midland Road near 2 Mile Road. Authorities confirmed that the accident involved a GMC Acadia and a school bus. Emergency crews closed off the roadway for an extended period as they worked to clear the scene. Emergency medical services responded to the scene to care for those hurt. One child was injured in the accident. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
