Blackman, MI (January 2, 2024) – At least one person was transported to an area hospital with injuries following an automobile accident that occurred in Clinton County. Calls for assistance came in at around 7:10 p.m. on January 1.

According to reports from law enforcement, an automobile collision blocked the right lane of travel and the right shoulder on the southbound side of US Highway 137. The incident caused significant delays in the area near US Highway 127 Business, price Road. Emergency crews worked extensively to clear the roadway near Exit 91 and to reopen the area for traffic.
