Wayne, MI (December 25, 2023) – At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries following a crash that occurred in Wayne County on Saturday evening, December 24. The Michigan State Police and area firefighters were notified of the crash at around 7:50 p.m.

Police reports indicate that vehicles collided on the westbound side of Michigan 14. The crash blocked the ramp to the southbound side of Interstate 275. Moderate delays in the area were reported. Police and firefighters responded to secure the roadway to prevent further damage and injuries. Medics rendered aid to those harmed before transporting them to area hospitals. The crash is currently being investigated.
