Auburn Hill, MI – Traffic Collision Reported on I-75 near Lapeer Rd

Auburn Hill, MI (December 25, 2023) – The Auburn Hill Police Department and Auburn Hill Fire Department responded to the scene of an automobile accident that occurred on Sunday evening and ended in injuries. Calls for help were received at approximately 7:45 p.m. on December 24.

HFD reports indicate that vehicles collided on the northbound side of Interstate 75. The crash caused delays in the area just north of Lapeer Road at Exit 81. Two lanes of traffic were blocked, causing delays throughout the area. Emergency medical services were notified that they were needed on-site to provide care to injured victims and to transport them to local hospitals for further medical treatment. The crash is currently being investigated.
