Garden City, MI (December 22, 2023) – Emergency officials were requested to provide aid at the scene of a car crash that occurred on Thursday evening and ended in injuries. Calls for assistance were received by the Michigan State Police at approximately 6:30 p.m. on December 21.

MSP reports indicate that vehicles collided on the westbound side of Interstate 94 near Merriman Road. The incident caused significant delays throughout the area as emergency crews worked to remove the involved vehicles from the scene. At least one person sustained injuries and had to be transported to a local hospital for emergency care. At this time, the crash is being investigated.
