Williamsburg, MI - M-72 Collision Results in Injuries

Williamsburg, MI (December 17, 2023) – A vehicle collision reported in the Williamsburg area sent at least one person to a local medical facility, where they underwent treatment for their injuries. According to official reports, the crash occurred at approximately 1:20 p.m. on December 16.

Law enforcement reports show that vehicles collided on the eastbound side of Michigan 72. The incident caused delays near the Turtle Creek Casino as emergency crews worked to clear the vehicles from the eastbound lanes of travel. Emergency medical services responded to treat the injured victims. The injured parties that required further medical attention were transported by ambulance to local hospitals. The Michigan State Police are investigating the crash at this time.
