Battle Creek, MI – Accident on I-94 near Goguac St E Ends in Injuries

Battle Creek, MI (December 15, 2023) – A crash reported in Calhoun County on Thursday evening prompted the response of the police, firefighters, and emergency medical services personnel. The accident was reported just after 4:00 p.m. on December 14.

According to reports provided by the Michigan State Police, a collision between vehicles blocks both sides of Helmer Road, Business Interstate Highway 94. The incident caused moderate disruptions in the area near Goguac Street. Emergency officials shut down a portion of the roadway as they provided assistance with clearing the scene. Emergency medical services personnel provided care to the injured victims before transporting them to local hospitals. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
