Sterling Heights, MI (December 14, 2023) – Emergency officials were requested at the scene of an automobile accident that took place in the Sterling Heights area and ended in injuries. Calls for help were received at around 5:10 p.m. on December 11. Authorities out of Macomb County responded to provide assistance.
Preliminary investigations show that a collision took place on Schoenherr Road in the area of East 14 Mile Road. The force of the collision caused one of the vehicles to go off the roadway and strike a light pole. The incident caused electric wires to fall to the ground, prompting the closure of the roadway. Emergency medical services responded to care for injured victims and transported them to local hospitals. At this time, the crash is being investigated.
