Ingham, MI – Crash Reported on E Saginaw St near E Lake Lansing Rd

Ingham, MI (December 14, 2023) – County officials were requested at the scene of an automobile accident that occurred on Wednesday morning and ended in injuries. Calls for assistance came in at around 2:00 a.m. on December 13.

According to reports provided by the Michigan Department of Transportation, a collision between vehicles blocks multiple westbound lanes on East Saginaw Street near East Lake Lansing Road. The incident prompted the Michigan State Police and firefighters to close off the roadway near East Lake Lansing Road and Park Lake Road as they worked to remove the involved vehicles. Medical personnel responded to care for those harmed. At least one person was transported to an area hospital, where they were treated for injuries they suffered in the crash. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the collision are being investigated.
