Detroit, MI (December 6, 2023) - An accident on southbound Michigan Highway 39 was reported on Wednesday, December 6, and caused the left lanes of the roadway to be closed, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT).

At 3:30 p.m., on the southbound side of the highway, just before the Grand River Road exit, police officers shut down all left lanes.
