Detroit, MI (November 22, 2023) - On Wednesday, November 22, a collision on eastbound I-94 resulted in injuries and major traffic backups in the area. The multi-vehicle collision involved at least two drivers and took place near the exit to Mt. Elliott, just before 12:00 p.m. Though the ultimate cause of the wreck remains unknown, EMTs and other first responders were seen evaluating victims shortly after the incident occurred. The total number of victims is also unclear at this time. An investigation is ongoing, and the Detroit PD put out a call for witnesses to assist.
