Rochester Hills, MI (November 16, 2023) – Authorities confirmed that a 33-year-old woman from Roseville, Michigan, lost her life as a result of a head-on crash that occurred in the Rochester Hills area. The accident was reported at around 7:50 a.m. on November 15. It took place on Rochester Road.

Reports from the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office show that a 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck was heading south on Rochester Road. For unknown reasons, the vehicle partially entered the northbound lane at the intersection of Barclay Circle. As a result, it collided head-on with a 2008 Saturn Vue. The Saturn then collided with the 2021 Jeep Wrangler, which was heading northbound on the roadway while being driven by a 65-year-old woman from Macomb Township.

The driver of the Saturn, identified as a 33-year-old woman, was hurt severely in the crash. She was transported to a local hospital by paramedics. Authorities confirmed she passed away from her injuries. The two other drivers involved in the collision were injured. Both victims were transported to local hospitals. The crash is being investigated by the Oakland County Sheriff's Office Crash Reconstruction Unit at this time.
