Macomb County, MI (September 13, 2023) - The police were called to the junction of 14 Mile Road and Ryan Road on Wednesday afternoon, September 13.
Officers arrived at the site just before noon, but local officials still haven't released any details on what caused the incident. Footage from the news showed what seemed to be a rear-end collision on the 14 Mile right shoulder, although the exact causes of the crash remain unclear.
On Wednesday afternoon, emergency medical services transported at least one individual to a nearby hospital. There was a lag in receiving updates on their present status.
The Macomb County Sheriff's Office is now conducting an investigation.
