Green Oak Township, MI (August 21, 2023) - The motorist suspected of causing a four-car collision on U.S. Highway 23 and then fleeing the scene is still at large, according to officers with the Green Oak Police Department.
The incident occurred on northbound U.S. 23 in Green Oak Township at around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 19. A woman driving a GMC Sierra reportedly crashed into several vehicles before leaving the site of the crash
Several people were hurt in the incident, and EMTs transferred those victims to the hospital in unknown conditions.
The Sierra, per a description provided by police, had a chrome grill and a black bumper. Green Oak Township police urge that anybody with information contact them.
An investigation is still active in the interim.
