Detroit, MI (August 21, 2023) - On Monday, August 21, it was reported that at least one person had been harmed in what seemed to be a rear-end accident in the greater Detroit region.
Officers were sent to the Ford Road exit off of northbound I-275 at about 7:20 a.m. After closing down the left side of the street, Detroit PD officials radioed for medical help and contacted Michigan State Police troopers through local dispatchers.
While paramedics were there at the scene of the collision, it is still unclear how many individuals were harmed. The DPD has asked for any potential witnesses to get in touch with them so they may continue their investigation.
