Jefferson Twnshp, MI - Three Hurt in Two-Car Wreck on M-62 at Pine Lake St

Jefferson Township, MI (August 20, 2023) - Three people were sent to the hospital after a car crash on August 19 in Jefferson Township.

Cass County Sheriff's Office deputies were sent to a crash that occurred around 7:20 p.m. on Michigan State Route 62 at its junction with Pine Lake Street.

The driver of the second car, a 60-year-old male from Kalamazoo, and two ladies in their 30s were all taken to the hospital. According to reports, an ambulance transported all three to St. Joseph Medical Center, where they remain hospitalized.

Meanwhile, authorities are still trying to determine what led to the crash.
