Detroit, MI (July 30, 2023) - On Sunday night, July 30, police in the Detroit region responded to a crash involving many vehicles and injuries that had occurred on southbound Interstate 75.
According to preliminary reports from the Detroit Police Department, the incident occurred on the right and center lanes of I-75 near the Chrysler Drive exit at around 8:20 p.m. Officers from the Detroit Police Department and the Michigan Department of Transportation both called for help from the city's emergency medical technicians.
When paramedics arrived, they began treating the wounded after DPD officers blocked off multiple lanes of traffic. However, there has been no information released on the drivers' conditions.
DPD officials have issued an open call for anyone with information to help in their investigation.
