Detroit, MI (July 15, 2023) - On Thursday, July 13, a cyclist was killed after being involved in a hit-and-run crash in the Detroit area.
The fatal accident took place at the intersection of Woodward Avenue and Ralston Street late that evening. A man in his 50s was riding a bicycle when he was hit by the at-fault driver, and the motorist proceeded to flee the scene without providing aid.
The victim sustained fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead at the scene. No further information has been provided at this time.
Local authorities are currently handling the crash investigation.
