Casco Twp, MI (July 14, 2023) - On Thursday, July 13, a local man was injured when he was hit by an SUV while riding a bicycle in Casco Township.
The incident was reported at around 6 p.m. on the County Line Interstate 94 overpass. It was later revealed that a 43-year-old Casco Township woman was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox when she hit a 50-year-old Casco Township man riding a bike. He was transported to McLaren Macomb for treatment.
Multiple emergency units were dispatched to the scene. No additional information has been provided at this time.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is still in progress.
