Sands Twp, MI (July 3, 2023) - On Monday, July 3, two people were injured by a driver who ran a stop sign in Sands Township.
The accident was reported at around 9:30 a.m. at the Crossroads intersection. A man from Oakland County was headed eastbound when he failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a southbound vehicle. The driver of the second car was transported to U.P. Health System Marquette. The other driver was treated at the scene.
Both vehicles were significantly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
