Ludington, MI (July 2, 2023) - On Friday night, June 30, a man was killed while riding an electric scooter in Ludington.
The deadly crash occurred at around 4:31 p.m. at the intersection of Harrison Street and Bryant Road. Emergency responders found a 35-year-old man lying on the roadway. He was taken to Corewell Health Ludington Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The victim was riding an electric scooter when he was hit by an 80-year-old man driving a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse. The driver was making a left turn when he hit the victim.
