Imlay City, MI (June 29, 2023) - On Wednesday, June 28, a pedestrian was killed after being hit by a motor vehicle in Imlay City.

The deadly accident was reported at the intersection of Almont and 3rd Streets at around 12:30 p.m. A jogger was running at the scene when they were hit by a southbound pickup truck. It was later revealed that the driver suffered a medical episode and lost consciousness when they hit the victim.

The pedestrian sustained fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead. No additional information has been provided at this time.
