Taylor, MI (June 27, 2023) - A driver and a passenger were injured after another motorist failed to yield at an intersection in Taylor on Saturday, June 24.
The accident was reported at the intersection of Racho Boulevard and Eureka Street at around 10:58 p.m. A Brownstown Township woman was driving a Chevy Trailblazer when she failed to yield at a flashing red light. The woman collided with a Kia Soul driven by a Southgate man.
The airbags deployed in both vehicles, which were significantly damaged in the accident. The Southgate man and his passenger were both hurt, but the other driver was not hurt in the accident.
No updates on the conditions of the injured parties have been provided at this time.
