Kalamazoo, MI (June 26, 2023) - A man was injured following a car accident in the Kalamazoo area on Sunday, June 25.

The accident was reported at the 2000 block of Portage Street between Alcott Street and Miller Road at around 8 a.m. Emergency responders were sent to the scene to provide aid to the injured parties. One man involved in the crash was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The area was closed while emergency crews were present, and authorities advised that drivers avoid the scene.
