Woodhull Twp, MI (June 22, 2023) - Two teenagers were killed, and two others were hurt after a fiery car accident in Woodhull Township on Tuesday, June 20.
The fatal accident occurred at the intersection of Winegar and Colby Lake Roads at around 10 p.m. It was reported that a 16-year-old boy was driving a Ford pickup truck when he lost control and crashed into a ditch. The impact caused the vehicle to catch fire.
Another 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl passenger were hospitalized for treatment. The driver and a 13-year-old boy were killed in the crash. All the occupants were reportedly residents of Laingsburg.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly crash is in progress.
