Standish Twp, MI - Three Killed in Crash with Motorcycle, Truck at M-13 & Bordeau Rd

Standish Twp, MI (June 21, 2023) - On Sunday, June 19, three people were killed after a collision involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck in Standish Township. 

At around 4:45 p.m., the crash took place at the corner of M-13 and Bordeau Road. A motorcyclist was traveling northbound when it collided with a Dodge Ram pickup truck that was making a left turn. An Akron man operating the bike and his passenger, a Standish man, were killed in the accident. 

The Standish man driving the pickup was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. No other information has been provided at this time. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the fatal accident is in progress.
