Home Twp, MI (June 20, 2023) - On Saturday, June 17, multiple people were injured after a car accident in Home Township.
The crash was reported at the intersection of Montcam and Wyman Roads at around 5:08 p.m. A 60-year-old Battle Creek man was headed westbound in a Ford Flex when he failed to stop at a stop sign. The Ford collided with a northbound 2012 Dodge Ram pickup truck and a southbound 2011 Buick Lucerne.
The driver of the Ford was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital in critical condition. A passenger in the Flex was also hurt, and three occupants of the other vehicles were injured. No additional information has been provided at this time.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in progress.
