Waverly, MI (June 17, 2023) - On Friday, June 16, at least one person sustained injuries after a car accident in the Waverly area.

The crash occurred at around 2:57 p.m. at the intersection of Saginaw Highway and Canal Road. The roadway was shut down while emergency responders were at the scene. The crash victims were treated by responding paramedics before being transferred to local hospitals for additional aid.
