Burr Oak Twp, MI (June 14, 2023) - A motorcyclist was killed and a passenger injured after a crash in Burr Oak Township on Saturday, June 10.
The deadly accident was reported on Maystead Road as a 60-year-old Sturgis man was operating a motorcycle. The man reportedly lost control of the bike and crashed head-on with a tree. He suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger on the bike was injured and transported to Bronson Hospital. No additional information on the accident has been provided at this time.
Local authorities are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
