Lockport Twp, MI (June 13, 2023) - On Friday night, June 9, three people were injured following a head-on crash in Lockport Township.
The accident was reported on M-60 near Oakwood Drive late that evening. Local sources revealed that a 46-year-old Three Rivers woman was driving with her headlights off when she crossed into oncoming traffic. She collided head-on with another vehicle.
The driver was hospitalized in critical condition. The 48-year-old Colon woman driving the other vehicle and her 25-year-old son were also hurt and transported to a local hospital for treatment.
It is believed that alcohol played a role in the accident.
