Kalamazoo, MI (June 9, 2023) - A Vicksburg man was killed after being involved in a motorcycle crash in Kalamazoo on Thursday night, June 8.

The deadly accident took place at the intersection of Sprinkle Road and Kilgore Road at around 7:20 p.m. The 36-year-old man was riding a motorcycle when he was hit by a FedEx truck. He had reportedly slowed due to uneven pavement on the road when he was struck from behind.

The area was closed until around 10:15 p.m. The victim suffered fatal injuries in the accident. No additional information has been provided at this time.

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly crash is in progress.
