You need to be able to track down witnesses, speak with them, photograph and examine the car, and take pictures of the accident scene. Finding witnesses who can support your case gets harder with time, and evidence like security footage from surrounding buildings can disappear or be deleted entirely. Your insurance provider can be underpaying your no-fault benefits without your knowledge, and the deadlines for submitting insurance and personal injury claims are very rigorous. A missed deadline will result in an inability to pursue a claim for compensation and a loss of future settlement rights. Your lawyer will begin working as soon as they answer all of your questions and provide you with guidance on what to do next. If you or a member of your family was hurt due to someone else's negligence, you may be entitled to compensation. Bringing a personal injury claim can ensure that the responsible party is held accountable and that your damages are covered. With the aid of your attorney, you can determine if you have grounds for a claim and how much you can win in compensation.
