Detroit, MI (June 2, 2023) - On Wednesday, May 31, a motorcyclist was hurt after being involved in a hit-and-run in Detroit.
At around 10:05 p.m., a 73-year-old Lennon man was riding a Harley Davidson Triglide on Interstate 75 near 8 Mile Road. The rider was headed northbound when he was hit by a black Dodge Durango that was attempting to exit the highway. The driver of the Durango initially pulled over but fled the scene.
The area was shut down for several hours, and the injured motorcyclist was provided medical aid. Authorities are currently looking for more information on the accident.
