Wheatland Twp, MI (May 31, 2023) - On Sunday, May 28, a woman was killed and a child injured after a rollover crash in Wheatland Township.
The deadly crash occurred at the corner of N. Adams and Somerset Roads at around 6:50 a.m. It was reported that a 2006 Pontiac was headed eastbound when the driver lost control and left the roadway. The vehicle overturned multiple times in the process.
The 42-year-old woman driving the car suffered fatal injuries. A child traveling in the vehicle was transported to Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson for treatment.
No additional information has been provided at this time.
