Inland Twp, MI (June 1, 2023) - A woman from Interlochen was killed after being hit while riding a bicycle in Inland Township on Saturday, May 27.
The fatal crash occurred early that morning at the intersection of Fewins and Lake Ann Roads at around 1:30 a.m. Local sources revealed that 21-year-old Peyton Burch was riding a bike when she was hit by a southbound vehicle driven by 64-year-old Kevin Milroy of Grawn.
Burch sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. No further information has been provided at this time.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly accident is in progress.
