Clarkston, MI (March 22, 2022) - On the morning of Monday, March 21, two people, including a man and a woman, were killed in a two-car crash in northern Oakland County.
Initial reports show that the fatal wreck happened just before 11:00 a.m. on Ortonville Road in Clarkston. The preliminary investigation revealed that the male driver was headed north on Ortonville in his Pontiac Grand Prix when his vehicle collided with a Jeep Grand Cherokee headed south.
He and his wife were the only passengers in the Grand Prix at the time. The 64-year-old man from Ortonville who was driving the Jeep was taken to the hospital with injuries deemed non-life-threatening.
