Detroit, MI (March 19, 2022) - A car accident took place on Interstate 96 in Detroit on Saturday, March 19th at about 8:25 a.m.
Police and emergency responders were dispatched to the scene in the eastbound lanes of the interstate at the merge for Grand River Avenue. Upon their arrival, they rendered aid and transportation to the injured victims.
The immediate area was temporarily closed off while officials investigated the circumstances surrounding the crash.
The names of the victims have not been released.
