Martin Twp, MI (March 13, 2022) - A multi-vehicle accident happened on a roadway in Allegan County on Saturday, March 12. Sources say the wreck occurred at around 11:30 a.m.

According to information from officials, police responded to the scene located on U.S. 131 near mile marker 49. How the crash happened remains under police investigation at this time.

Traffic was delayed in the area for some time while crews worked at the scene of the accident. Drivers traveling north on US 131 were asked to exit the highway at the D Avenue exit in order to avoid the scene.
