Harrison, MI (March 5, 2022) - Two men were hurt in an accident in Harrison Township on the afternoon of March 4. At approximately 1:20 p.m., crews were dispatched to the scene to help those involved.
Initial reports show that the accident happened at the intersection of Needmore Road near North Dixie Drive. A white chrysler 300 was headed west on Needmore when it failed to stop at the red light.
The Chrysler collided with a gray SUV that was attempting to turn onto Needmore Road from North Dixie Drive, according to information provided by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
Two men were taken to area hospitals. Police stated they both sustained major injuries. The accident remains under police investigation at this time.
