Detroit, MI (February 20, 2022) - At around 12:00 noon on February 19, Saturday, a vehicle accident happened on a roadway in Detroit. The wreck occurred in the 4000 block of Trenton Street, according to reports from officials.
Local emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after it occurred in order to help the involved parties. The wreck was stated to have taken place on Trenton Street in the vicinity of the American Indian Family Services building.
At least one person was trapped inside their vehicle and in need of extrication on-site. Firefighters worked to free the trapped individuals from their vehicles. Various other responders were observed on-site including police and EMTs.
Sources say that a vehicle crashed into a pole which resulted in the entrapment. At this time, police continue to investigate the details of the wreck.
