Farmington Hills, MI (February 13, 2022) - On Sunday afternoon, February 13, a traffic accident took place on an interstate in Farmington Hills. The incident occurred at approximately 12:30 p.m., according to reports.
Sources say that the accident happened on Interstate 696 just after Interstate 275. According to Michigan State Police, several vehicles were involved. The eastbound lanes of the freeway were closed at Orchard Lake for several hours while crews worked at the scene.
Traffic was diverted to exit at the ramp at M-5, according to reports. Police continue to investigate the details of the incident. Nothing further has been reported.
