An ongoing investigation into the crash is underway.
Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
A head-on collision is more likely to result in fatal injuries than other types of car accidents. With a death rate of over 58%, head-on collisions are among the deadliest. They are responsible for more than 10% of all annual road fatalities despite accounting for less than 2% of all reported traffic accidents. Careless or distracted drivers swerving into opposing lanes of traffic are the most common cause of these collisions.
Injured plaintiffs must make the right decisions in the moments following an accident in order to maximize the value of their damage claim. After a serious accident, many victims are unsure how to obtain the compensation they require. As a result, they might feel alone and perplexed. When injured people try to fight a large insurance company on their own, they frequently run into roadblocks and other problems. This only adds to the situation's stress and frustration. In some cases, injured parties can speak with a knowledgeable Alpine Township car accident lawyer about their legal options for filing a claim and receiving fair compensation.
