Michigan Vehicle Accidents

Cedar Springs, MI - 17 Mile Rd Closed after Dump Truck, SUV Collide, Causing Serious Injuries

In Michigan, over 300,000 vehicle collisions happen per year, causing injuries to tens of thousands and taking the lives of thousands more. If you have survived a serious car accident, you are well aware of how distressing the experience can be, particularly if you or someone you love was seriously hurt. It only takes a few moments for a wreck to take place, however, the rest of your life may be affected by the consequences. Additionally, insurance companies usually pressure crash victims to make hurried and uninformed decisions that may negatively affect their physical, emotional, and financial welfare for years to come.

You may not be thinking with your best judgment in the aftermath of a major car crash. This is totally understandable and expected. However, recovering the compensation and benefits you deserve is a long and complicated affair, one that may seem overwhelming during such a difficult time in your life. A seasoned personal injury attorney in Michigan will be able to help you navigate the complex process of personal injury law so you’re able to focus on your recovery.

Personal Injury Attorneys in Cedar Springs

Recent studies show that victims who choose to be represented by skilled and qualified car crash attorneys achieve much better financial outcomes than those who choose to represent themselves.

Until you receive the financial compensation you’re entitled to, we won’t stop fighting for your rights.

Here are some reasons why injured crash victims should hire an attorney to help them file a personal injury claim:

  • No-fault law is extremely complex. Recent reforms in Michigan’s no-fault system have made it even more confusing than it previously was. Knowledgeable attorneys have a working understanding of the law and how any changes recently added to it will affect your case.
  • A car wreck is a disturbing experience. You may be suffering emotionally from your recent accident. Depending on the severity of the crash, you may even be dealing with mental issues like PTSD, anxiety, or depression. You may not be thinking clearly and therefore, may be more apt to accept a low-ball insurance settlement.
  • The insurance company is not on your side. Unfortunately, this can be true for both yours and the other driver’s insurance company. They are out to get you to accept the lowest possible offer as quickly as possible. A lawyer will negotiate a full and fair settlement with them so you don’t have to.
