Detroit, MI (December 26, 2021) - Authorities in Wayne County were called to the scene of a serious auto accident on the morning of December 25. At around 11:40, police, EMTs, and fire crews were sent to the Southfield Freeway in order to assist the involved parties.
At least one person was hurt in the auto accident that happened on the Southfield Freeway near Schoolcraft/Exit 11. The contributing factors of the crash have yet to be determined by police at this time.
Paramedics treated the injured victim(s) on-site before transporting them to an area hospital for further care as needed. The roadway was closed for some time due to the presence of police and other officials.
