Montcalm Twp, MI - Greenville Woman Killed in Auto Collision near Sidney Rd on M-91

Montcalm Twp, MI (December 17, 2021) - A Greenville woman has lost her life after her involvement in an auto accident that happened on Thursday afternoon. According to information from police, the incident occurred in Montcalm shortly after 4:00 p.m. on December 16.

Emergency responders were dispatched to M-91 north of Sidney Road for reports of a fatal auto accident. Sources say a 33-year-old woman was headed south on M-91 in a 2015 Chevy pickup when she was involved in a head-on crash with a northbound semi-truck. 

The woman was pronounced deceased on-site by medical professionals. The semi-driver remained unharmed, according to reports. 

Authorities continue to investigate the details of the wreck. Nothing further has been reported at this time.
